1. Warranty
All our products come with a nationwide (and some international) warranty. That means whether you're in the outback or just out back, we’ve got support across Australia. If something breaks and it’s our fault, or that of one of our products, we’ll sort it out. Simple as that.

2. Not All Heroes Wear Capes (But Some Do Drive 4WDs)
We do our best to only sell stuff we’d put on our own rigs. If you go full send on a media junket, or the vehicle takes a nap, we have an open and honest relationship with our suppliers and partner workshops.

3. Installation Shenanigans
If you install it upside down, backwards, or with a hammer (please don’t), we’re not liable for what happens next. We recommend using qualified installers. Preferably ours.

4. Off-Road Use and Shenanigans
Our products are built for off-road use, but we can’t cover damage from extreme misuse, river crossings that needed a snorkel you didn’t fit, or any acts of nature, bad decisions, or Bigfoot. (Except Kev)

5. Pricing Errors and Typos
If we accidentally list a winch for $9.95, we reserve the right to fix that. We’re good, just not that generous.

6. Liability
We’re not responsible for damage to your vehicle, your ego, or your mate Dave’s trailer when you were “just testing flex.” Use common sense and don’t skip the instructions.

7. Aussie Law Still Applies
We operate under Australian Consumer Law. That means you’ve got rights, and we respect them. These terms don’t replace your legal protections. They just add a bit of flair.
